Larry Gliozzi

Larry Gliozzi is the company’s founder. He grew up on a farm in Ohio where, each day, he would look at a sign over the barn door that read “What you do, do well!” (That same sign is now prominently and proudly hung in the customer area of Loumarc Signs.) After attending Ohio State—go Buckeyes!—Larry moved to New Jersey in 1980. He founded Wayne Advertising in 1984 and married Denise in 1985. His son Lou was born in 1989 and his second son, Marc, was born in 1993, the same year Larry opened Loumarc Signs.
Away from work, Larry enjoys going to the theater with his wife, gardening and spending time at the beach. Of course, Larry continues to think of ways to improve Loumarc Signs even after his workday ends.
If he won the Mega Millions jackpot, Larry would use some of the money to ensure Loumarc Signs continued to provide the best products and services to customers and the best work environment for employees. Knowing Loumarc Signs is alive and thriving would allow Larry to better relax in his villas in Tuscany and St. Martin.
Larry’s favorite movies are Dances with Wolves (1990, Kevin Costner), Contact (1997, Jodie Foster) and, naturally, Signs (2002, Joaquin Phoenix).
The people Larry would most like to meet are Carl Sagan, the Dalai Lama and Loumarc’s next customer!
“‘Never give up, never surrender.’ That’s a quote from Galaxy Quest, but I think the concept can apply to many aspects of daily life, including working at Loumarc Signs where we frequently deal with challenging projects for our customers.”
